A member of the Charles Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, Attorney Tonya Boga is a graduate of two law schools, Loyola University Chicago School of Law and the University of Tennessee College of Law. Attorney Boga earned a Master of Laws and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, concentrating in Child and Family Law.
Early in her law career, Attorney Boga established herself as an attorney with a strong work ethic. Throughout law school she worked in the District Attorney's Office (Knox County, Tennesse), County Attorney's Office (El Paso, Texas), a Federal Tax Clinic (Chicago, Illinois) and the Cook County Juvenile Court (Chicago, Illinois).
The 2008-2009 President of the Cobb County Bar Association Family Law Section, she is known as a caring, compassionate attorney who is a zealous and passionate advocate for her clients. She is a well-known and respected member of her profession. Before becoming the founding partner of The Law Offices of Tonya C. Boga, PC, she received extensive experience in a variety of areas of the law before settling in on Family Law as a passionate calling. She has experience in working for the government in a number of states, a quasi-governmental public interest law firm, and private law firms.
Not only is she active in her local bar association but she is also active with the State Bar of Georgia, the state's governing body for lawyers. She is a former chair of the Leadership Academy for Younger Lawyers and currently serves as a member of the State Bar of Georgia 's Children and the Courts Committee, Law Practice Management Committee, and Communications/Cornerstones of Freedom Committee. She is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia's Family Law Section.
She is an intelligent and effective attorney and has presented at Continuing Legal Education Seminars for attorneys and organized them.
